Buying House in Penang

Buying house is always my obsession. I don't like to rent house. I prefer my own house. My logic is rather than pay the rent better use the money to pay the installment. If you rent, in the end of the day, you ended up with nothing.

However, I find that landed property in Penang is very very expensive. I think it's because Penang is a small island, so land is limited. I also notice that the price of landed property here is always increase and never decrease. It's a good investment if you can afford it.
