The Benefit Of Mangosteen

One of my favorite fruit is Mangosteen. Some people called it "queen" of the fruit. Mangosteen is a seasonal fruit, and always seen in the fruit shop side by side with durian fruit, which people called "King" of the fruit.

Although I love this fruit and eat them when they are in season, I never realized the benefit of this fruit. It contains antioxidants that stop the aging process. The fruit also contains fiber, potassium, calcium, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Iron, Vitamin C and Vitamin B6.

It makes your immune system stronger. This allows your body to fight infections and diseases better. The antioxidants in the fruit contain xanthone, which is a chemical that also helps support the immune system. It also helps balance the mind and body.
