I have 2 types of diary. One is like a daily journal. To record of what is happening everyday. It’s very simple one with bullet points. Just to remind me what had happened that day. The other diary is for business with to do list, follow up list, dates and some notes.
Anyway, this year, I combine them into one diary so it’s easier for me to carry around. Normally, I will spend about 30 minutes to work on my diary. To make note what had happened the previous day, list what I have to do, and scrap the one that I have done. By being organized I feel that I have control of my job and my life. It’s a nice feeling.
