I read somewhere that baby wipes contain chemicals that can be irritating to baby's skin. The wipes themselves won't actually cause diaper rash, but if the baby got diaper rash, using baby wipes can make the rash worsen.
As for me, I am a big fan of baby wipes. I always use it after my baby pass motion. So far both my daughter don’t have any irritation or rash problem. Thanks to the cornstarch powder that I always use whenever I change diaper.

My little girl doesn't have any problem with Baby Wipes too. I always use it after changing her nappy.
my daughters always having rashes so, i use cotton balls with water it works.
